On Tuesday 7th of July 2026 we will helping facilitate an introduction to high-performance computing course in collaboration with the National Oceanography Centre.

This course is an introduction to using high-performance computing systems effectively and is intended to give you a good introduction to parallel programming and an overview of the tools available & how to use them effectively.

Who: This workshop is open to all NERC remit research staff and students who use or have an interest in using JASMIN

When: July 7, 2026; 9:30 am - 5:00 pm BST

Where: Taking place on-site at RAL: CR03, Science and Technology Facilities Council, Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Harwell Campus, Didcot, OX11 0QX - Directions on how to get to site 

This workshop is run in collaboration between the National Oceanography Centre and JASMIN. Training accounts will be provided for access to JASMIN.
