We are currently experiencing problems with the tape system used by JASMIN. This is affecting the Elastic Tape (ET), JDMA and NLA services. Currently, data can neither be ingested or retrieved from the tape system so these services are unavailable.
We are looking into the cause of this and apologise for the inconvenience.
Furthermore, the tape services (ET, JDMA and NLA) will not be available on the 26th and 27th of January due to a scheduled upgrade. We will be stopping all ingest and retrievals on the 26th Jan to prepare for the upgrade work on the 27th.
