Storage issues affecting “jasmin4" Group Workspaces

Please be aware that group workspaces with “jasmin4" paths are currently unavailable following earlier problems today. A software upgrade had been applied to client hosts which was understood to not affect operations until a later reboot. However as this does not appear to be the case, this issue is the subject of an urgent support request with the system vendor.

We apologise for this unexpected interruption and hope to have further news as soon as possible.
